Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging or similar packaging that will properly protect the goods during shipment. your item must be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Before returning an item to us, you must first contact us (via phone or email) and get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return shipment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the initial shipping costs for returning your item.
In certain cases, such as good arriving in damaged condition or the wrong item being shipped, the cost of return shipping may be refundable. Your request for refund of return shipping cost must be included in your request for an RMA.

Unless otherwise agreed to as part of your request for an RMA, return shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a refund of shipping costs has been agreed to as part of your request for an RMA, you will receive a refund of the cost of return shipping as part of your overall refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on the policies of your credit card issuer.
